Who we are
This website is run by Pfaffenhof Tutorien e.V., the student association for the Pfaffenhof 1 and 2 residences in Stuttgart.

What information we collect
Sauna bookings
When you book a sauna slot, you provide us with the following details:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Matriculation number
We only use this information to confirm your booking and send you a confirmation code by email. Once the booked sauna slot has passed, your booking details are automatically deleted.
Website visits
Like any website, our servers briefly log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and the page you requested. This is used only to keep the website running securely and is deleted after 30 days at most.
Analytics (Vercel)
To improve our website we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These privacy-friendly services collect anonymised usage data (such as pages viewed and load times) without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
How long we keep your data
Booking details are automatically deleted once the booked sauna slot has passed.
Technical visit data is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
We do not share your data with third parties, except where necessary to process your booking (for example, sending your confirmation email).
Your rights
You have the right to ask us at any time what information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct, delete or stop using your data.
For any requests, simply send us an email at vorstand@pfaffenhof.net. We will respond within 30 days.
