Sublet
Subletting your room during an absence? Here is what you need to know.
How subletting works
As a Pfaffenhof resident, you may sublet your room during longer absences such as an exchange semester, internship or gap period. Subletting is only permitted to enrolled students.
The entire process is handled through the Housing Department (Wohnungsreferat) at Pfaffenwaldring 50B. As the official landlord, VSSW must approve every sublease.
